About the Property
This accommodation is a renovated property. Please note that there are areas with low ceilings and steps that may require extra care during your stay. Some parts of the wooden deck, stairs, and entrance may have limited or no handrails. If you dine outdoors, please be sure to dispose of any leftovers and waste in the indoor trash bins.
Staying with Children
Please note that there are areas such as stairs, wooden decks, and steps that may pose a risk for small children. Reservations are accepted only for guests who can take full responsibility for their child’s safety. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while on the property.
Facilities and Furnishings
In the event of any damage, staining, or loss of the building, facilities, furnishings, or other items, we may charge the cost of repair or replacement.
Capacity and Access
For safety and facility management reasons, only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Thank you for your understanding.
Consideration for Local Residents
Our property is located in a quiet rural area with local residents nearby. Please refrain from using outdoor spaces after 9:00 PM and avoid any behavior that may disturb the neighbors. Guests who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave the property.
Check-in / Check-out
Please note that early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-out (after 11:00 AM) are not permitted. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth operation of the facility. Our staff will normally greet you and provide a brief tour at check-in. If we do not receive your estimated arrival time in advance or if you arrive after 5:00 PM, we may provide self check-in instructions instead.
